This documentation describes the features of the cPanel interface.

  • Logs — The information here describes features contained in the Logs section of the cPanel interface. These features include error logs, information about bandwidth usage, and access to high powered statistical analysis software.

 

  • Security — Here, you can find information about the features contained within the Security section of the cPanel interface. Some of these features include shell access, leech protection, hot link protection, and more.

 

  • Domains — The features here are those contained within the Domains section of the cPanel interface. These features allow you to add and manage subdomains, addon domains, parked domains, and redirects.

 

  • Databases — The information here describes features in the Databases section of the cPanel interface. These features allow you add and manage MySQL and/or PostGreSQL databases.

 

  • Software/Services — Here, you can find information about the features contained within the Software/Services section of the cpanel interface. These features allow you to install Perl packages, PHP packages, view your PHP configuration, and more.

 

  • Advanced — The information here pertains to the features located in the Advanced section of the cPanel interface. These features allow you to add Apache handlers, create custom error pages, add and manage cron jobs, and more.
